SHIPPING POLICY

What Currency are the prices in?

All items are in AUD$ unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed in AUD$.

How much is shipping?

All Australian domestic and International orders require a shipping cost dependant on the parcel sizing.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, check your email junk or spam folder or contact info@cosmeticbrowsandco.com.au

How is my international parcel sent?

International orders are sent via various international courier agents and each shipping country differs so local taxes and duties will need to be remitted by receiver if requested from customs.

Signature may be required upon delivery. Parcels are traceable but not insured. Cosmetic Brows and Co is not responsible for lost packages, which have been confirmed delivered by the courier delivering the package.

What countries are orders shipped to?

We ship to many locations. Your order will be confirmed within 3 business days. If we cannot reach your destination by shipping, we will cancel the order and refund any monies paid.

How long are credit notes valid for?

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

How long does shipping take?

Orders may take up to 25 days to be delivered.

International Shipping:

International shipping is assessed on a case by case basis. Please email info@cosmeticbrowsandco.com.au for a quote. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc). If there are delays due to stock reasons CBC will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cosmeticbrowsandco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return policy

We provide a returns policy within 3 days of delivery for a credit note only.

We do not offer refund or exchange.

We only provide returns for one credit note per order and on the basis all of the following criteria is met:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, is free from stains and any odours; and

  • The item has not been worn, washed or altered; and

  • The item is in a saleable condition; and

  • The item was purchased at full price (no discount or promotion applied).

Return fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Requesting a domestic return?

  • Email info@cosmeticbrowsandco.com.au within 7 days of the date of delivery;

  • Advise us of the order number and item you are wanting to return;

  • We will request information needed to process the return;

  • Once the information is received, we will provide you with an outcome based on the information provided;

  • If your request has been prima facie approved, we will ask you to post the garment to a nominated address and ask for a tracking number, you must dispatch the garment and provide a valid tracking number within 5 business days of receiving prima facie approval;

  • Once we receive the item we will assess the garment and provide a final outcome for your request within 5 business days.

Requesting an international return?

  • Email info@cosmeticbrowsandco.com.au within 3 days of the date of delivery;

  • Advise us of the order number and item you are wanting to return;

  • We will provide information needed to process the return;

  • Once the information is received back, we will provide you with an outcome based on the information provided;

  • If your request has been prima facie approved, we will ask you to post the garment to a nominated address and ask for a tracking number;

  • Once we receive the item we will assess the garment and provide a final outcome for your refund request within 5 business days.
