If an Afterpay order is cancelled as a result of incorrect product or booking information, you may only receive a partial refund.

Services
Services = Any service or product provided by Cosmetic Brows & Co
Late Fees
You will book and make necessary payments for the treatment (“Services”) for a specified period of time (“Service Period”).
The Service Period begins when the Services are confirmed by CBC..
You further acknowledge and accept that you will be liable for the invoice within seven (7) days of receipt. If you believe that you should not have incurred Fees you must contact CBC within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the tax invoice. CBC will determine whether the late fees will be waived, limited or upheld.
Risk and Damage
You accept full responsibility for the safekeeping of the Goods and warrant that due care will be taken while in receipt of any Goods from CBC.
Discounts
You may apply only one discount per customer per transaction. Excluding already discounted services.
Title to Goods
You acknowledge that the Goods are the absolute property of CBC at all times unless otherwise provided for.
Defects
You must inform CBC, in writing, of any defects, quality issues or damage in the Goods and Services within six (6) hours of the receipt of the Goods.
Acknowledgement
You agree to be bound by these terms when hiring Goods through Cosmetic Brows & Co.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and each of the parties submits to the jurisdiction of the Queensland Courts.
